Ragi its a awysome whole food to ur baby that contains a protien and its very tastey too. U can start for a baby age of 4 to12 months
Ragi(Roasted / popped)powder 1 teaspoon
Milk 1/2 cup or desire(alredy boild)
Little (2pinch)jaggery powder(optional)
Ghee 1/4 spoon
Take one bowl add popped ragi powder then luke warm milk now mix without lumps now add ghee and jaggery mix again. Now its ready to serve for your baby.
