Jeremy'so Pink Lady Applesauce
A Recipe for 4-6 Months

Delicious applesauce made with Pink Lady apples and a hint of cinnamon (optional).
10 Pink Lady apples
16.9 oz. Bottle of water
1 tblsp Cinnamon (optional)
Bring 16.9 oz. of water to a boil in a medium sized saucepan. While you're waiting for the water to come to a boil, peel and core the apples. Place the apples and tablespoon of cinnamon in the saucepan, turn the heat down to medium-low and simmer the apples, stirring occasionally until they are soft or until they break down into applesauce. If there are any chunks of apples remaining, use a potato masher, blender, or food processor to break up the chunks and make the applesauce to a smooth consistency. Allow the applesauce to cool, refrigerate, and your baby will enjoy.
