Brown Rice Pudding
A Recipe for 9-12 Months

Creamy, delicious, and nutritious! Mommy and baby will always agree on this tasty sweet treat!
2 cups whole milk
¼ cup turbinado or raw sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon + extra for sprinkling
¼ teaspoon kosher salt (optional)
¼ cup raisins (optional)
1 cup cooked brown rice
Spray 8X8 (or 9X9) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Fold in cooked brown rice and raisins. Transfer mixture to glass dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Brown Rice Pudding can be enjoyed warm or cold. Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
